MRS TSAKANE TIBA

With over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, Tsakane is MIJEB’s Managing Director. She has held executive roles, and is a strong, strategic leader who is passionate about building a performance-driven, supportive culture and developing meaningful industry-wide relationships. Tsakane has a proven track record of driving change and delivering results and cares about developing people and improving the construction industry.

MRS MIRIAM MANYERUKE

Miriam has over 15 years’ experience in construction and property development. Bringing a direct approach to MIJEB’s risk management and commercial processes, Miriam was has been mentored by industry leaders — experience that serves her well as both Director and Chief Executive Officer of MIJEB. Her experience as a seasoned quantity surveyor are complemented with strong practical experience and sound managerial skills across a diversity of major projects. Miriam’s proven performance and reliable good nature are key to the development of informed, sincere and trustworthy relationships with MIJEB’s clients.
